Our promise

We stand behind every Low Key Tye Dye n Table product. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Return window

You may request a return within 30 days of receipt for a full refund on unopened, unused, undamaged products in original packaging.

Opened products

Opened products may be returned within 30 days for an exchange (same product different size, or different product of equal value) — at our discretion based on the product type and reason for return. Email support@airevenueforge.org to start an exchange.

How to start a return

Email support@airevenueforge.org with your order number and reason for return
We'll respond within 1-2 business days with a return authorization (RA) and prepaid return label (for US orders) or return instructions (international)
Pack the product securely with the RA number visible on the outside of the package
Drop off at the carrier indicated on the label

Refund processing

Once we receive your return, we inspect it and issue the refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 3-10 business days to post the refund to your account.

Final-sale items (clearly marked as such at checkout)
Gift cards
Personalized or custom-made items
Sample-size and trial-size items

Return shipping costs

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, damaged in transit): we cover return shipping
If the return is for change of mind or fit: customer covers return shipping (US prepaid label cost deducted from refund)
International returns: customer arranges and pays for return shipping

Damaged or defective items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, email support@airevenueforge.org within 14 days of receipt with your order number and photos. We will replace or refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges

For size or color exchanges on apparel, email us within 30 days. We'll send the replacement once the original is on its way back to us — or sooner if you're an active customer with order history.
