Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of order placement. You'll receive a tracking email the moment your order ships.

Shipping times

Most Low Key Tye Dye n Table orders are made on-demand or shipped from our fulfillment partner (Printful (apparel + accessories), Supliful (supplement line via LKL collection)).

United States (standard): 5-10 business days after processing
United States (expedited): 2-4 business days after processing (extra cost at checkout)
International: 10-21 business days after processing, subject to customs delays

Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL depending on destination and product. Specific carrier is selected by our fulfillment partner for fastest reliable delivery.

Shipping costs

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Free shipping promotions may apply to qualifying orders — see the cart for current offers.

International shipping, customs, and duties

International orders may incur customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total. Low Key Tye Dye n Table is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email when your order ships. If you don't receive a tracking email within 5 business days of order placement, email support@airevenueforge.org.

Lost or damaged shipments

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, email support@airevenueforge.org within 14 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and (if applicable) photos of the damage. We will work with our fulfillment partner and carrier to resolve the issue, including reshipping or refunding at no cost to you.

Address accuracy

You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly-entered address. If a package is returned to sender due to address errors, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipment.
