These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Low Key Tye Dye n Table (the "Store"). By accessing or using the Store, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Account registration

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account.

2. Products and orders

All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse or cancel orders at our discretion (including for suspected fraud or pricing errors), and to require additional verification or information before accepting any order. Orders are not confirmed until you receive an order-confirmation email.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices are in USD unless otherwise noted. You agree to pay all charges incurred by your account at the prices in effect when the charges are incurred. Payment is collected by Shopify Payments at the time of order placement.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Store — including product photos, copy, designs, logos, brand marks, and proprietary product formulations — is owned by Jenkins Worldwide Enterprises or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Store to: (a) violate any law or regulation; (b) infringe any party's rights; (c) transmit malware or any code that could damage the Store; (d) engage in fraud, scraping, or unauthorized data collection; (e) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Store or our systems.

8. Disclaimers

The Store and all products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Low Key Tye Dye n Table does not warrant that the Store will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jenkins Worldwide Enterprises and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Store. Our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of North Carolina, except as required by applicable consumer-protection law.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced via email to active customers and posted at the top of this page. Continued use after revisions constitutes acceptance.
